Common Issues

Login Problems

If you cannot log in:

  • Make sure you are using the correct email and password.
  • Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” option in the app.
  • Update the app to the latest version.
  • Restart the app and try again.

If the issue continues, email support with:

  • Your account email
  • Your device type (iPhone model)
  • A brief description of the issue

Audio Playback Issues

If audio is not playing:

  • Check your device volume.
  • Ensure your phone is not in silent mode.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Confirm you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
  • Update to the latest version of the app.

If playback still fails, email support with:

  • The name of the Storycircle
  • The title of the recording
  • Your device model and iOS version

Reporting Abuse or Inappropriate Content

To report content inside the app:

  • Tap the three-dot menu on the recording.
  • Select “Report.”

If you need additional help, email support and include:

  • The recording title
  • The Storycircle
  • A short explanation of the issue

We review all reports and take appropriate action when necessary.
